FDA on Friday (Oct. 4) published another chapter in its multi-chapter draft guidance on risk-based preventive controls for human food. The latest chapter, chapter 14, explains how food facilities subject to Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) requirements can establish and implement written recall plans, the agency said.
