ERISA Group Files Suit Against Seattle Over Health Insurance Initiative

A new Seattle initiative requiring hotels with at least 100 rooms to provide employees with health benefits equal to the gold-level products sold on Washington's health insurance exchanges is being challenged by an association representing large employers who provide health and retirement benefits.
