ERIC To DOL: Streamline Health Plan Sponsors' Disclosure Requirements

The ERISA Industry Committee urged the Labor Department's ERISA Advisory Council on Employee Welfare and Pension Benefit Plans to streamline and scrap unnecessary disclosure requirements facing health and retirement plan sponsors.
