DEA: Doctors May Continue Remotely Prescribing Controlled Substances

Health care practitioners who are registered to prescribe controlled substances may continue to issue prescriptions to patients via telemedicine for as long as the public health emergency declaration for COVID-19 is in effect, the Drug Enforcement Administration wrote in an email Friday (March 20).
