Colorado Governor Signs Canadian Drug Importation Bill

Colorado Governor Jared Polis (D) on May 16 signed the state legislature’s bill to create a prescription drug importation program from Canada, making Colorado the second state behind Vermont with such a law. The Florida state legislature also passed a bill allowing Canadian drug importation, and Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) is expected to sign it.
