CMS Wants Input On What To Ask In DME Bidding Oversight Surveys

CMS is asking for feedback on what information it should seek in response to surveys on the durable medical equipment competitive bidding program, which is currently on hold until 2021, as the agency wants to use the surveys to conduct oversight. The agency wants to know what questions it should ask beneficiaries, contract suppliers and referral agents, among others, as part of the surveys, which will be used “to further strengthen the monitoring, outreach, and enforcement functions” of the program,...
