CMS Reports 10.6M Effectuated Enrollees Through March

CMS on Monday (Aug. 12) released a report showing about 10.6 million consumers had effectuated their insurance coverage on the exchanges through March 15, or about 1% fewer than at the same time last year, and that premiums had also dipped about 1% compared to the same time frame in 2018.
