CMS Offers Grants To Transition Medicaid Beneficiaries To HCBS

CMS announced Wednesday (Sept. 23) it was awarding up to $165 million in supplemental funding to states participating in the Money Follows the Person program, which helps Medicaid programs transition beneficiaries from institutions and nursing homes to home and community-based settings.
