CMS: $50 Million In Federal Grants Will Help States Fight Opioid Crisis

CMS will provide up to $50 million in grants to state Medicaid programs to help expand treatment and recovery services for people with substance use disorders, the agency announced Tuesday (June 25). The money was authorized by the SUPPORT Act, the bipartisan law enacted last October that aims to combat the opioid epidemic.
