CBO Scores Medicaid Extenders Act As Budget-Neutral

A bill to extend two Medicaid programs aimed at promoting home- and community-based care would be budget-neutral, as the $130 million cost of certain provisions is offset within the bill, the Congressional Budget Office said Friday (Jan. 11).
