CA Enrollment Slips, 2.2 M Enrolled Through 7 SBMs

Covered California has enrolled 90,500 new consumers through Nov. 30, a dip from last year but well ahead of 2016, when, like this year, the exchange delayed its marketing push until after the election, exchange director Peter Lee announced Tuesday (Dec. 4).
