The Democratic governor-elect of Kentucky, Andy Beshear, again signaled his intention to rescind the state’s proposed Medicaid work requirements on Friday (Nov. 15), one day after Republican Gov. Matt Bevin conceded the race. Bevin conceded to Beshear after a recanvas of the Nov. 5 election showed the out-going governor trailing by 5,136 votes.
