Anthem Exits Virginia Exchange Over Uncertainty; Dems Blast Administration

Anthem on Friday (Aug. 11) announced it will no longer offer individual marketplace plans in Virginia's health insurance exchange, citing continued uncertainty from the federal government on rules, operations and guidance as well as the status of the cost-sharing reduction payments.
