ACA Enrollment Drops In Federal Exchanges, Up In State Exchanges

Obamacare signups are down 11 percent after the fifth week of open enrollment, with about 3. 2 million individuals now enrolling in a plan on HealthCare.gov compared to 3.6 million enrollees at this point last year.
