In the year since you signed legislation repealing the standard to protect American workers from job-related ergonomic injury, 1.8 million men and women have suffered painful and often crippling injuries related to these hazards. Despite repeated promises by leaders of your Administration, including Secretary of Labor Elaine Chao, nothing has been done on behalf of the millions of Americans whose safeguard was taken away from them by an act of Congress and your signature.
