I am very pleased to announce today the appointment of Mr. John M. Taylor as the new Senior Associate Commissioner for Regulatory Affairs. This position was formerly entitled the Associate Commissioner for Regulatory Affairs (ACRA). John assumes his responsibilities today. I have the greatest confidence in John as he has an ideal mix of skills and experiences for leading ORA very effectively at this crucial time, especially in its transformation to a risk-based enforcement organization.
