During this time of transition for ORA, I would like to announce that Steven Niedelman will assume the position of Acting Director, Office of Enforcement effective immediately. As you are aware, Steve came to ORA from CDRH, and has been serving as the Deputy Director since July, 2001. I trust that Steve's proven leadership skills will promote the crucial role ORA will play in transforming the Agency to a risk-based enforcement organization.
