Tauzin Applauds House for Putting Patients' First by Passing Medical Liability Reform

WASHINGTON (September 26) - In an effort to ensure patients continue to receive quality health care by keeping physicians' and hospital doors open for service, the House of Representatives today approved H.R. 4600, the HEALTH Act (the Help Efficient Accessible, Low-cost, Timely Health Care Act of 2002), by a vote of 217-to-203.
