Lawmakers say Republicans’ latest attempt to repeal Obamacare will likely delay funding for the Children’s Health Insurance Program, which runs out of money at the end of the month, three legislative days away. Congress was already expected to miss the deadline. Senators are rushing to pass the Graham-Cassidy bill before the end of the month, after which they can no longer use 2017 budget reconciliation to pass repeal with just 51 votes.
