Updated BCRA Imposes CHIP Rules On Stability Funding, Adds Continuous Coverage Provision

The Senate, as expected, has added a six-month waiting period for people who fail to retain coverage for two months to the Better Care Reconciliation Act of 2017 and at least one health consultant believes the new effort to encourage people to enroll in coverage without an explicit mandate will be scorable by the Congressional Budget Office.
