CMS on Monday (Dec. 12) released an interim final rule requiring new disclosures for Medicare dialysis facilities that help patients pay their premiums either directly or through a non-profit charity or other third-party payer, and announced it will pilot its pre-enrollment verification system for special enrollment periods in all FFM states and counties starting in June.
