FDA Files Supreme Court Cert Petition In E-Cigarette Regulation Case

FDA is requesting the Supreme Court review an appeals court’s ruling that it must individually consider every marketing application for flavored e-cigarette products, rather than rejecting them en masse because of their impact on youth smoking.
