MGMA To Brooks-LaSure: Address Potential Rebilling Turmoil

A leading medical practice group wrote to CMS Administrator Chiquita-Brooks LaSure Thursday (Jan. 11) asking how physicians could manage the rebilling process without incurring civil monetary penalties if Congress retroactively increases their reimbursement.
