OMB Cancels Nursing Home Staffing Stakeholder Meetings Following Leak

The White House Office of Management and Budget has canceled two planned meetings with stakeholders on a proposed minimum nursing home staffing standards regulation after a report meant to play a major role in CMS’ rulemaking process was leaked Tuesday (Aug. 29) afternoon.
