Experts Call For More Focus On Next-Generation COVID-19 Vaccines

Some public health experts are worried FDA’s focus on annual COVID-19 shots is too narrow and they are calling on the administration and vaccine makers to expand their focus on next-generation vaccines that are better at preventing COVID-19 altogether rather than just updating the current vaccines to decrease symptoms of coronavirus.
