Hospital At Home Won’t Sunset At End Of PHE

Acute hospital care at home waivers will be extended by two years, until the end of 2024, under the year-end omnibus spending deal unveiled by the Senate early Tuesday (Dec. 20) and expected to be sent to the president for signature this week. CMS will receive $5 million for fiscal year 2023 to carry out the program.
