The Biden administration is making a fresh push for employers to adopt vaccination-or-test requirements even after a court stayed OSHA’s rule that would make that policy mandatory. Tucked into President Joe Biden’s new pandemic plan unveiled last week is a passage encouraging employers to “move forward expeditiously with requiring their workers to get vaccinated or tested weekly."
