House Energy & Commerce Republicans said during the committee’s Tuesday (Sept. 14) night reconciliation markup that CMS should be prevented from revoking states’ 1115 waivers that have already been approved, referring to Trump-era uncompensated care and work requirement waivers that Biden’s CMS pulled this year.
