Biden’s CMS is revisiting a controversial Trump-era waiver that lets Georgia exit healthcare.gov starting in 2023 and instead use its own websites and brokers to enroll Georgians in health insurance. CMS has given the state until July 3 to redo the actuarial and economic analyses backing its assertions that relying on its own brokers complies with the statute.
