HRSA Threatens To Fine Drug Makers Over 340B Restrictions

The Health Resources and Services Administration threatened to fine drug makers that continue to restrict discounts to hospitals and clinics that dispense 340B drugs through multiple contract pharmacies, and HRSA said drug makers must refund hospitals.
