Last-Minute HHS Rule Sets Term Limits For Agency Policy Directors

The Trump HHS released an unexpected final rule Friday (Jan. 15) imposing a five-year term limit for 66 policy-level directors across the department’s sub-agencies, including center heads at FDA and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
