OMB Reviewing FDA Proposed Rule On Graphic Warnings For Cigarettes

The White House budget office is reviewing FDA’s proposed rule that would require color graphics depicting the negative health consequences of smoking to accompany textual warning statements on cigarette packages and in cigarette advertisements.
