Democratic Sens. Tammy Baldwin (WI) and Bob Casey (PA) on Wednesday (June 19) introduced legislation that would restore funding and clarify the mission of the Affordable Care Act’s navigator program, funding for which the administration has slashed since 2017. The Expand Navigators’ Resources for Outreach, Learning, and Longevity (ENROLL) Act, co-sponsored by 20 Democrats, would restore the $100 million a year provided by the Obama administration to support the in-person assisters and would once again require HHS to offer grants...
