CBO Finds Unsubsidized Individuals Most Likely To Drop Coverage

The Congressional Budget Office estimates that 1.4 million more people went uninsured in 2018 compared to 2016 and most of the drop came from unsubsidized individuals in the individual market. CBO’s report, released Thursday (April 18), provides estimates of insurance coverage for the under-65 population from 2015 through 2018.
