A bipartisan group of House lawmakers Thursday introduced legislation that would delay the Affordable Care Act’s health insurance tax through 2021, mirroring a Senate version introduced by Sens. Krysten Sinema (D-AZ) and Cory Gardner (R-CO) in January.
