CMS Pilot Tests Exchange Quality Rating For Third Year, Adds New States

CMS recently announced it will continue pilot testing the exchange plan quality rating system for a third year, and will expand the program from two states to five for the 2019 plan year. The agency will now display star ratings for plans in Michigan, Montana and New Hampshire in addition to plans in Wisconsin and Virginia.
