Individual Market Rates In Washington State To See 13.8 Percent Average Hike

Consumers buying coverage through Washington state's health insurance exchange will see average increases of about 13.8 percent, down 6 percent from the 19.8 proposed rates in the individual market, the Washington Health Benefit Exchange (WHBE) announced last week.
