Congressional Medicare advisers propose an approach for sharing rebates at the pharmacy counter that wouldn’t make plans share them, and the Medicare Payment Advisory Commission also uses its comments on HHS’ blueprint for lowering drug costs to remind HHS of its many other proposals for improving drug negotiations, lowering list prices and reducing costs to beneficiaries.
