Kentucky: Plaintiffs In Work Requirement Suit Will Lose Medicaid Even If They Win

Kentucky told a federal judge Thursday (May 24) that the lawsuit brought by beneficiaries challenging the state's planned Medicaid work requirements should be thrown out because the judge is unable to issue a ruling that will prevent the beneficiaries from losing Medicaid coverage.
