CBO: 6 Million Could Be Covered By AHPs, Short-Term Plans By 2023

About 6 million Americans would sign up for either short-term or association health plans (AHPs) by 2023 if the Trump administration's proposed rules are implemented as written, the Congressional Budget Office and the Joint Committee On Taxation say in a new report on federal insurance coverage and costs.
