Virginia Inches Closer To Passing Budget That Includes Medicaid Expansion

Virginia lawmakers moved closer Tuesday (April 17) to expanding Medicaid, with the House of Delegates passing a new state budget proposal that includes an expansion plan with work requirements that are more stringent than what the House had proposed previously.
