Justice To Federal Court: Deny Dem AGs' Call For Temporary Injunction Allowing CSRs

The Department of Justice on Friday (Oct. 20) asked the federal district court in Northern California to deny a request by Democratic attorneys general for an emergency injunction to stop the administration from ending cost-sharing reduction payments. The DOJ argues the attorneys general do not have standing and will fail on the merits, and that allowing the payments to end doesn't cause irreparable harm.
