Rep. Sanford Bishop (D-GA) and 10 other members of the Blue Dog Coalition are urging Energy & Commerce Committee Chairman Greg Walden(R-OR) to oppose legislation that would let states eliminate Medicaid non-emergency medical transportation for patients, including kidney patients who need dialysis three times a week.
