Alexander/Murray Open To Stronger Language On Double Dipping

Senate health chair Lamar Alexander (R-TN) and ranking member Patty Murray (D-WA) stressed their commitment to ensuring health plans reimburse consumers and the federal government if the cost-sharing reductions are restored. They said negotiations on repayments were some of the toughest surrounding their newly unveiled market stabilization bill, and Alexander said the two are open to recommendations for strengthening the language.
