Healthcare.gov Snapshot Finds 7.5 Percent Average FFM Benchmark Plan Increase

Updated Story CMS on Monday (Oct. 26) released a “snapshot” of federally facilitated marketplace (FFM) plans that shows the average rate increase for the second-cheapest silver-level plan -- or benchmark plan -- across the 37 states is 7.5 percent, and 80 percent of subsidized consumers could purchase plans for less than $100 a month.
