Health advocates that had a filed an anti-discrimination complaint with HHS over four Florida exchange plans' high cost-sharing and other limits on HIV/AIDs drugs applauded news out Friday that the Florida Insurance Commissioner and one of the plans -- Cigna -- had agreed to revamp some of the practices, and called on HHS and issuers to ensure all plans sold in the exchange are abiding by federal regulations.
