Next Telehealth Extension Expected To Be 90 Days Or One Year

Despite lobbyist’s push for a two-year telehealth extension in the year-end package, the next telehealth extension is likely to only last 90 days or possibly one year, given House Speaker Mike Johnson’s (R-LA) reported plan for a three-month continuing resolution in mid December followed by a reconciliation package early next year, lobbyists told Inside Health Policy.
