DEA Controlled Substances Rule On Reg Agenda Again, Bup Proposal Added

The Justice Department and Drug Enforcement Administration’s newly unveiled regulatory agendas say rules will be proposed this month to further expand access to controlled substances via telehealth, but one of the rules appeared on prior agendas and never came out. The latest promises of action come as telehealth stakeholders scramble to extend COVID-19 pandemic waivers that allow providers to prescribe controlled substances via telehealth.
