Updated The administration proposes to extend telehealth flexibilities for providing hospice care through the end of 2024 as part of a payment rule proposed Friday (March 31) that offers a 2.8% increase in Medicare hospice payments for next year but a 1.2% decrease for hospices that don’t meet quality reporting requirements.
