CMS Physician Fee Rule Treads Water On Telehealth Policies As More Data Collected

CMS essentially treads water on telehealth in its calendar year 2023 Medicare physician pay rule proposed Thursday (July 7), opting to generally follow Congress’ 151-day extension of pandemic telehealth flexibilities to buy time to gather data to formulate future policy.
